- LOAD IN: Thursday (3/2) – 12n to 4:30pm (hall is open until 5pm), Friday (3/3) 7am to 1pm
- LOAD OUT: Saturday (3/4) – 10pm to Midnight **NO EXCEPTIONS**
Included with Space/Booth: Curtain dividers, one topped and skirted 8’ table and one chair per 10×10 space, 1 wastebasket 1 parking pass. Additional tables and chairs are also available for a nominal fee. Corner booths will receive one additional 6’ topped/skirted table.
Booth Layout: When arranging your booth space, do not create a tall wall between yours and adjacent booth spaces. We need clear line-of-sight for attendees to see to the next booth. Metro Productions Inc. has final discretion for booth set up. If questions, please email us a diagram of your space for review (doesn’t need to be fancy/to scale, just to demonstrate any features that might need additional approval).
Electrical/Phone/Natural Gas: Connections available for additional charge. Contact the Expo Center or their contractor AT LEAST 21 DAYS IN ADVANCE FOR BEST PRICING. Utility prices increase closer to the event date.
Booth Assignments: Booth assignments and locations are at the sole discretion of PS&WF. Priority is given to sponsors, and then by date of deposits.
Food and Liquor Vendors: Any exhibitors dealing with food or alcoholic beverages must have the proper food handler’s permits and / or liquor permits. All food and beverage vendors must have proof of liability insurance of at least $500,000 at the time of the Festival. Metropolitan Productions, Inc. and the Portland Expo Center must be named as an Additional Insured. Any exhibitors handling alcohol must also have liquor liability insurance of at least $500,000. Multnomah County Health Department does require a special event permit for ALL food booths. Cooking/heating will also require proper fire extinguishers in your booth. OLCC forms will be mailed out in November to all booths requiring them.
Hold Harmless: By submitting paperwork and payment for booth space, exhibitors are agreeing to hold Metropolitan Productions, Inc. and the Portland Expo Center harmless for any claims arising out of any actions related to exhibiting.
Parking Passes: Every vendor receives one parking pass, with in/out privileges for the exhibitor parking lot. Additional passes can be purchased.
Move-Out: All items must be removed from EXPO by midnight on the last day of festival
Merchandise Sales: The PS&WF reserves the right to sell Festival related merchandise including, but not limited to, wine and beer glasses, shirts and other items. Exhibitors are encouraged to offer for sale your own merchandise that does not have reference to the PS&WF. For questions on merchandise, please contact Metro Productions, Inc. for approval before ordering.
Metro Productions, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any vendor application or exhibitor items and displays that do not fit with the atmosphere that is created with the Portland Seafood & Wine Festival.

The Portland Seafood & Wine Fest Wine Competition
The 2023 Portland Seafood Festival Wine Competition is the first commercial competition of the year. Judging will take place in a week TBD. Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded, with no set number of medals awarded. One Best of Show Medal will be awarded in Red and White categories.
Rules for Entry
Competition is open to all bonded and licensed wineries participating in the 2023 Portland Seafood & Wine Festival.
There is no limit to the number of entries that you may submit.
Entry will consist of three (3) bottles (750ml, or 375 ml for dessert wines) of each entry plus a fee of $45 per entry. Registration deadline is TBD. Wines should be delivered by TBD.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
By submitting an entry you affirm that the entry conforms to all regulations and standards, state & federal.

If you already have an account: log into your account –> update the wines you wish to enter –> go to Easy Enter and select the Portland Seafood and Wine Festival.
If you do not have an account: click on Register to create an account. Once you have entered your contact info you will go to the My Wines tab to list your wines and then to Easy Enter to enter into the competition.
After you have entered you can go to the My Competitions tab and print the packing slip which should be presented or shipped along side your wines.
